Radar - artists' residencies in Lancashire's libraries

folly, a leading digital arts agency working across the North West of England and online, and Lancashire County Library and Information Service are delighted to announce the launch of Radar, a new programme of artists' residencies in public libraries.

Through collaborative arts activities and experiences the scheme will consider the role of libraries as free and accessible public gateways to culture, and the implications of the evolution of digital culture on this core function.

Radar's first resident artist is Jennie Savage who will be spending time in Lancaster Library throughout January to March 2010.
