Hidden innovation in the creative industries

According this new report authors Ian Miles and Lawrence Green  from NESTA say that:

'Technological innovation in products and processes is common in most creative industries, with new information technology (IT) and the digitisation of content driving major changes. But the study also uncovers less expected innovations in new business models and product delivery. These findings reflect the ‘hidden innovation’ experienced across many other industries.'
