folly brings you ArtCast, an ongoing series of podcasting programmes - a platform for public access to new, innovative sound & video art.

For the Spring 2008 programme folly worked with moves to select sound and video art relating to the moves08 festival theme of “the interaction of choreographed movement and sound”.

Artistic duo Human Beans spent their summer filming the grandmothers of Lancaster cooking their special recipes. Now they’ve put the grannies on the web, with a snazzy updated website and new podcasts for you to download and watch at your leisure! Visit www.WhatsCookingGrandma.net to see the films and grandmas contributed by upstanding members of the public – like Nannie Webb and her delicious looking Apple and Blackberry Crumble. What’s Cooking Grandma was commissioned as part of Perimeters Boundaries and Borders - an f.city exhibition from fast-uk and folly, at City Lab, Lancaster in 2006.
